What is my password?


When you are first invited to the InnerSpace dashboard, or mobile app, you will be asked to create your account using the same email address the invitation was sent to. 


On your first login attempt, you’ll be asked to set up a secure password.


If you forget your password, use the “forget password” feature on the login screen to re-set your password.

Why can't I login?

Login to the InnerSpace mobile app or dashboard with your corporate email account. 


+ If this is your first time attempting to login, please confirm with your administrator that the correct email has been provided to InnerSpace. Your admin will need to email support@innerspace.io. We will not approve registration without your site admin’s approval. 


+ If this is your first time logging in and you’re having trouble, try the “forgot password” feature. 


+ If you have used the InnerSpace dashboard previously, but are now unable to login, please email support@innerspace.io


Where do I login?

Logging in is easy!


+ Head to intello.innerspace.io and click on the “login” button at the top right of our page


+ You’ll be directed to a welcome screen where you can enter your work email (usually a variation of name@company.com)


+ Once successfully logged in, you’ll see your organization’s dashboard

What is my login and password? 

Using your corporate email address to login to InnerSpace platform.


+ Your login is your company email address


+ It is important you use the company email address typically used in daily communication with your colleagues (no aliases, no emails dedicated for sale/marketing efforts, etc.)


+ Our system does not support generic @gmail, @hotmail @yahoo email addresses. This helps to ensure the protection and privacy of your company’s data.

What browsers are compatible with the InnerSpace analytics web app?

Most modern browsers will work a-ok with the InnerSpace dashboard.  


The InnerSpace analytics dashboard can be viewed using Windows in Firefox, Chrome, Edge, and Internet Explorer 11. For Mac users, Safari, Chrome and Firefox work well. 


Please ensure your browser is up-to-date - older versions of Internet Explorer are known to have troubles displaying key elements of the InnerSpace analytics web-app.

Can I add data to my InnerSpace dashboard?


The professional services team at InnerSpace can add data to your analytics.


Yes. InnerSpace offers professional services solutions to integrate data such as POS, badge counts, building management systems, and other types of data. This data can be used with custom modules as part of our premium features.


Alternatively, you may choose to use the InnerSpace API and integrate InnerSpace data directly into your own solutions.
