Is my personal data private?
InnerSpace does not use or store any personally identifiable information within its platform.
Yes, your personal data is private. InnerSpace is committed to supporting the right to privacy and protecting our customer data in accordance with today’s security standards.
The InnerSpace platform follows the standards set out in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), considered to be the most advanced and citizen-centric policy in managing personal data.
The InnerSpace platform does not store any personally identifiable information such as someone’s name, phone number, MAC address or email address. Additionally, we take steps to ensure that only population-level metrics are surfaced within our API, further protecting an individual’s privacy.
When your name, or email is used to login to our software applications (ex. analytics), or to send you marketing/sales emails, your contact information is stored in a separate and secure database that is not connected to the InnerSpace indoor location platform itself.
You can opt-out of emails from InnerSpace at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. You can delete your account with InnerSpace by contacting your account manager or support@innerspace.io.
Can I create custom reports with InnerSpace?
The InnerSpace analytics dashboard is pre-configured to surface the most useful metrics for your business.
You can easily download the insights and graphs from the InnerSpace dashboard as a PDF (located at the top-right of your screen) and share with your colleagues.
